1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

As we have authorised multiple fulfilment partners therefore the shipping terms will be as per the Shipping/Channel Partner you select before checkout. ACIPL shall not be liable for any shipping related matters. However, at the first instance you may raise your query to the Shipping/Channel Partner and in case such query is not resolved by the Shipping Partner you may write at shipping@allen.in with the relevant details such as Order id & shipping details of the purchase made. Further, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of Shipping/Channel Partners for more detailed information.
